•  27 years as a real estate attorney (now retired)
• 15 years as director and treasurer of a 501C(3) charitable foundation
• 14 years as personal accountant for high net worth clients 
• 10 year active member of a 67 unit HOA community
• Served as NHC Trustee 

Current NHC Trustee duties include:

• Banking and bill payments
• Tracking Expenses
• Recording all transactions in Quickbooks
• Monthly reconciliation
• Annual tax preparation

My goal in serving on the board is to ensure a well maintained property and to help build a financially strong community in a fiscally prudent manner.

• Served on (2) Condominium Boards, duties included:
•  Collecting bids
•  Basic bookkeeping 
•  Recording official meeting minutes  

Current NHC Trustee duties include:

• Collecting vendors insurance verifications
• Collecting job/bids
• Liaison for unit owners' suggestions and concerns
•  Interacting with attorneys and bank lenders for refinances and sales
