- Potential damage to property

Procedure For Selling or Refinancing Your Unit
Unit owners are requested to notify the trustees with any pending sale or refinance. Please provide the following information:
- Unit number
- Seller's attorney and agent
- Buyers agent
- If Refinancing, provide your Lender's contact info
- Estimated closing date
Every Sale/Refinance requires a new 6(d) Certficate be prepared.
Requests for a 6D certifica
Unit owners are requested to notify the trustees with any pending sale or refinance. Please provide the following information:
- Unit number
- Seller's attorney and agent
- Buyers agent
- If Refinancing, provide your Lender's contact info
- Estimated closing date
Every Sale/Refinance requires a new 6(d) Certficate be prepared.
Requests for a 6D certificate must be made 10 days before your anticipated closing date.
Please provide a check for $150.00 made payable to Nahatan Hill Condominium Trust.
